I don't know if any of you check the Cardiff, Wales, UK weather but it's been getting quite chilly the past couple days! It's about 57 right now and the high for today is only 63! Another little geography lesson is that the sun rises at around 5am (4:57 today!)and sets near 10pm. Hope all you Americans are staying warm!!
So this weekend should be pretty cool. I'm staying with one of the girls I work with because one of the ACU professors and his family who are in Oxford are coming this weekend and staying at my house. I decided it would probably be much less awkward to not stay with a family of 6 with one shower. Saturday night I'm going to sit at an Ignite booth while one of the other guys I work with speaks at some thing. Sunday night Ignite is putting on an event at Cardiff Univeristy. They do these about once every three of four months and they usually have hundreds of young people there. Thus, Nigel told me to take a day off next week. I was hoping to go to London next Friday and spend the night out there but...
I got an invitation to go to Bath on Tuesday with a woman and her daughter who I met at a dinner on Tuesday who volunteers with Ignite. They also go to church with Nigel. I didn't have the heart to tell her I went to Bath last year because she was so excited about it! It should still be good though because the thing I remember most about Bath is that that was when my face was pretty much peeling off from my Italian sunburn. Hopefully this trip will leave a better impression in my mind!!!
Hopefully I can still work out both trips and just take two days off!

thanks for the environmental details. Hope you have the cool weather clothes with you. What makes Bath unique? I have heard of it ever since being introduced to The Wife of Bath in the Canterbury tales, but still don't know much about it. Guess I'll buy myself a geography book for my birthday! Do you remember that Cath leaves for Fiji tonight? Remember to pray for safe travel and an enriching empowering time of renewal for her and the other ladies. So, the AZ also has super early sunrises. I have waking up anywhere between 5:30 and 6:30 just because the sun is that bright and I feel like I have already slept in.
I do leave today and if you read my blog you will be able to tell I am ready to go now! Still no job or prospects... Brian does have a friend who told him there would be a receptionist opening very soon... the twist... it's in his building! Could be a good or bad thing depending on the day and how much I like him at that particular moment... which as you know me, is always hard to guess...
