Baking Extravaganza
This is how I spent my Sunday afternoon! Mom has a party at the house coming up and I wanted to do the desserts! First is the Coconut Pecan Cheesecake. (1st the crust - graham crackers and pecans, then the finished product) Special thanks to Lyndsey for the Magnolia Bakery Cookbook. Second is dipped strawberries and graham crackers in chocolate. Yum!

thank you, thank you thank you!! And especially for cleaning up the kitchen afterwards...I know it will taste as good as it looks.
I hope you took my advice with the cheesecake... I have to be somewhat selfish in this post... so there! I wished I could be there to try all the goodies!
