Speaker licking

Just to follow up with last weeks kindergarten story...

Today has been rainy and cold so the kids had been inside all morning.  I went in with my iPod and iPod speakers to do some movement songs.  Instead of trying to get them to understand the songs I just let them dance around the room.  They gotta dance out the energy!  During one song (London Bridge) I look over at my iPod and there is a five year old boy licking the speakers.

Why? I have no idea.  It was weird. I said, "Не пипай!" (Don't touch!) to get him to stop.  Because why in the world would I know the Bulgarian word for "lick"?!  He stopped. He stood. And then he danced...

These kids are entertaining to say the least.

Hahahaha...assignment for teacher before next class: ask some trustworthy Bulgarian how to say "Lick" in the lingua franca. You never know when you may need it again. I mean, the ice cream's dripping off your friend's cone...the local KFC is "Finger...good," but how do you say it???

OH MY WORD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hilarious. I was laughing out loud hystarically. That is so weird and yet I am sure you laughed after you left the classroom. PS: Why in the world did you NOT tell me this story when you called. This could have been squeezed in somewhere during our 5 minute conversation!
